Pros

I have been at Businessolver for just about 2 years now. There have definitely been ups and downs, but one thing that has been so great for me is the opportunity to be exposed to multiple positions and the continual opportunity to learn. I have had the chance to learn 4 different jobs within these two years, all of which have helped me grow in different ways. I have learned that if you are able to adapt to chance and always have an open mind with a desire to learn there are endless opportunities here at Businessolver. Plus, the people we get to work with here are amazing!

Cons

Long days, not necessarily a 9-5 job. It always feels like we could use a few more people to tackle the current workload on teams.

Pros

Relaxed casual environment where I'm free to get my work done without being micro-managed. A ton of employee perks. Great volunteer opportunities that the company truly gets behind.

Cons

A company that grows this much this fast for this long is going to experience some changes that you don't like. But the pro's far far outweigh the cons.

Pros

I've worked year for over a year. I tried very hard and excelled at my position. I wanted to move up, so I worked hard some more, sought training, make a unique resume and cover letter, applied, and got a promotion. And a significant raise. You'll get what you earn, and what you ask for, as well as what you are worth.

Cons

We have a great hiring practice that weeds out a lot of the bad eggs, but you'll still have people with bad attitudes or people that expect to be showered with rewards without communicating or earning them. Then they write reviews and complain about it. That's okay. The good ones stay.
