Pros

This is a good place to rack up clips if you're at a more entry-level point in your career, as you'll be writing multiple articles a day.

Cons

Low pay rate for both freelancers and part-time hourly workers -- not open to negotiation

Pros

Flexible vacation time and ability to WFH.

Cons

When I started at BDG, I found myself on a friendly, supportive, female-majority team. After a few months, there were changes in upper management and I began to see the real BDG - disorganized, piss-poor management, and constantly changing business strategies. The company is a revolving door of talent. The HR team is worthless. Do you like the person sitting next to you? Don't get too comfortable - they'll either be let go or leave on their own (smartly) in a matter of time. Don't bother with job openings here, it's a waste of your own time and effort.
