Pros

Consistent paycheck, reliable schedule, good reputation for building clips/resume. I would recommend this to writers who want to build their clips and are looking for a steady income.

Cons

Low pay for the work expected, no benefits, like paid time off or paid sick days, when working part-time.

Pros

Some of the smartest and most creative people I’ve worked with, overall supportive environment, structure is organized with clear guidance on tasks and deadlines, unlimited PTO you’re actually encouraged to use, great health benefits compared to other places

Cons

Constant layoffs, sometimes creativity felt stifled, no meaningful raises or opportunity for growth, no 401k match, diversity plummeted over the last few years
