Pros

Energetic environment, business seems to be doing well, good work/life, majority female staff

Cons

Space is starting to get crowded, studio space is bad, communications between groups could improve, hiring process was long, big skill gap between upper and junior employees

I loved it and learned a lot.

Pros

Considering that it's part time, it's pretty flexible in terms of your schedule, as they'll arrange when you'll be working based on your availability. There's also a lot of opportunities to write your own feature pitches, and while it's a remote position, the editors working with you are very hands-on and will help you grow as a writer.

Cons

It's remote and part time, which can make it feel like you're not REALLY part of the Bustle team.
