Pros

I wrote for one of Bustle Digital Groups brands. Editors were kind and helped you improve. I like remote work, and it was fun.

Cons

There's really no inclusion into the culture for remote workers. No benefits and low salary.

Pros

I was well compensated while at Bustle. My work schedule was flexible and it was fun to work at a "cool" company.

Cons

It was like "Mean Girls" but in the workplace. Leadership was very cliquey, which was alienating and isolating for everyone else. You can't move up unless you're one of the cool kids.
