Pros

Occasional free food in the kitchen

Cons

No diversity CEO is a misogynist who only made this site to profit off white feminism Feminist ideals are mostly just for clicks Upper management does not understand journalism or content creation, often micromanages time of people who actually do know how to do their jobs Review process for content is long, arbitrary, and mostly so management can pretend they know what they're doing Upper management often use manipulation and toxic tactics to get people to work more hours than is required Pay is awful Lowest freelance rate I've ever seen

Pros

-Can work from home -They offer jobs to recent grads with limited experience -Chance to learn SEO

Cons

-Pay is low -The editors are so overworked they struggle to communicate effectively with their many remote employees -The content ranges from pretty solid to bottom of the barrel and if you're the barrel scraper, you will find your job unfulfilling
