      Depending on the school, friendly personel

      The level of pay is very low for the level of education required and the workload due to the very high amount of paperwork. Never putting in under 40 hours a week but no overtime.

      Pros

      Agency provides some staff appreciation like wellness days, all staff activities, etc. The job positions help the community and everyone in it.

      Cons

      The agency heads dont support individual programs. They earn income and save it in the bank, but when you have grant run programs that can barely keep afloat financially... they dont spend any of their own money to support their own employees but would rather the individual program fail. The agency heads dont understand all of their own programs. They have their expertise and dont care to learn anything else. Individual employees have to look out for themselves. Gossip and rumors run rampent.
