      Grant the Working Visa via this factory to immigrate from Hong Kong to USA

      Cons

      Multi jobs opportunties, multi-langauges (English, French, Spanish, Creole, etc), different cultures, help the Chinese for translation and solved their problems between the company.

      The only positive thing is it is a job where jobs are scarce and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      The company in this location is run like a mafia. It is run on fear management, threats and bullying. The rules and policies do not apply to certain people, I have watched policies be ignored over and over. When it is reported the person with the courage to report it gets fired. It is important to never report anything. HR will not keep it confidential like policy states and will watch as blatant retaliation starts and smile as they fire the person who followed policy and reported the violations. I have learned to be the 3 monkeys. I see, say and tell nothing. Telling the truth will only tick off the little mafia boss and then he will send in his enforcers to ensure the person is either harassed til they quit or is fired.
