The human resources department is polite and treated me professionally. My supervisor is patient. The work environment is safe and well maintained. Co workers are not hostile.

Cons

If forced to list a negative I suppose I would say parking can be difficult occasionally, especially if you are running a little late.

The department I work in is great. The company as a whole is not so good. They could care less about you as an employee and do not value you.

Cons

Worst pay I've ever seen in my field and zero raises. The workload is unfair to employees and they do not value human capital at all.

Great experience in how one of the worls'd most recognized brands operates.

Cons

Change, while necessary, is often times done without consulting all of those that the change might affect. Salaried associate staffing remains to decrease without any sign of replacing those that have left leaving those that remain stretched to thin to do what is asked of them.
