Promotions are not merit based, it depends on who is good at kissing up and playing golf. They speak DEI, but look at leadership, still just a bunch of old white guys

Top brand, tough culture

Pros

Brand name for your resume, decent benefits. Will pay for relocation for higher level jobs.

Cons

"Old boy network" with very little opportunity for advancement. Highly political and dysfunctional culture. Antiquated vacation policy (2 weeks and open every day possible, including the day after Thanksgiving!) Many decisions made for the personal benefit of leadership rather than the good of the company.
