Pros

Good pay hourly wages Has benefits

Cons

The employees are treated extremely poorly. Everything breaks down constantly. They make you stay over 13 to 14 hours at a time. They fire you if you miss more than 5 days, no matter the circumstances. They do note even accept notes from doctors as an excused absence.

Pros

Last job is really great for work animals. If you love to sweat and you love hard work this is the place for you. The wages are competitive with a top out of $14.75 currently in Ozark Arkansas. However second shift does not have the ability to process half the birds that first shift processes.

Cons

In the summer months work is slow when it's really hot they cannot run turkeys because of fear of too many death on arrivals on the trucks. Discuss the hours down drastically and the days worked. This is a very political company and you basically have to make yourself a supervisors pet to get anywhere in the plant. The most desirable jobs are saved for favorites.
