Pros

Decent benefits. Consistent line of industry.

Cons

At corporate level- Old school culture. Good old boys club very present. Male dominated in upper management. Antiquated mentality. If you are newer to the company, you are an outsider and not part of the click. Most new hires do not make it. Same ole people working. Too many office politics and favoritism

Pros

Butterball has an amazing relocation package, if you are being hired out of state, they will take care of everything to make your move a smooth transition.

Cons

This company could careless about the people working their. The unfavorable working conditions for the hourly associates are one thing but the pay them mere pennies to play with turkey blood all day is bizarre. If an associate has a complaint about a manager (which happens a lot because the managers are slave drivers) don’t bother going to HR because they will belittle you then fire you for making the complaints.
