Flexible, support staff, pay reasonable/negotiable

Cons

Communication with the company/customer services is incredibly difficult. Had issues with pay or other items and would be sent on a goose chase of being on hold, emailing, not hearing back, etc.

There are some good BCBA’s here who I learned alot of information from on how to behavior manage and run trials and why things are done the way they are. I was motivated to pursue a BCBA career due to one BCBA here

Cons

Corporate based company so when things change for other centers they change for all. Schedule changing wasn’t great either I got stuck with a highly aggressive client for over a year because no one else wanted to take the challenge
