More responsibilities and expectations with no compensation increase.

Cons

Same amount of pay for more work. There is a lot of favoritism. Clique-based environment.

- Meet amazing Kiddos and their family. That’s pretty much it really.

Cons

- no compensation for drive time unless full-time. - No benefits - favoritism - Not guaranteed any hours - canceled sessions equal no pay - inconsistent - Draining driving from home-home
