      Rewarding work. Caring trainers and staff.

      Cons

      Obtaining RBT certificate takes a while. Expect about a two month turnaround before you start working and getting hours.

      Really flexible with your schedule and will reimburse you for drive time.

      Cons

      Although your schedule is set your hours are not guaranteed. It depends on the families and if they want to cancel a session which means you would lose out on the hours.
