Pros

The company always considers inhouse hiring and promoting before giving the opportunity to outsiders. They care about each employee and create a safe and happy environment to work in. You have a review every year with a possible raise. They listen to your concerns and address whatever issues you may have. Very flexible with schedule and allow staff to work from home when needed.

Cons

No opportunity to work from home full time. Some people could really benefit from working from home, but this isn't an option at the moment.

The client's are amazing to work with and that's really it.

Cons

There isn't any kind of growth within the company and the pay doesn't compensate for the amount of work you do. Plus they make you clock out for graphing or setting up for a client which very much wage theft. Also if a client's session is cancelled they won't provide you with the hours and you aren't paid. There are no benefits such as PTO or sick leave.
