      Pros

      BCBAs are supportive and really care about their RBTs. It's nice to see the work we do make a difference in people's lives. There is also opportunity to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Therapy takes place in the home of the client. If the client is sick or for some reason their family does not want anyone to come to their house, you don't get hours that day.
