Pros

Start at salary before credentialing. Monthly PD opportunities and courses to meet renewal requirements. Very ethical and concerned with client progress. You're able to manage your caseload with minimal oversight.

Cons

Minimal room for growth. Clients are spread out and long drives. No work life balance with schedule. Salary is average but insurance offered is not the best and expensive.

Some of the most passionate and kind people I've worked with. Everyone truly cares about supporting families and children affected by ASD, and I always felt encouraged during my time here.

Cons

No real cons here. Didn't have the chance to spend several years here, so unsure about upward mobility/advancements
