Wonderful coworkers and supervising BCAs. Learned an in credible amount in just a short time. The families are amazing.

Not enough hours and hourly pay is not enough. Drive time is too much.

I get to make my own schedule and do not need to report in to a office or clinic day after day. I work in a highly dynamic, demanding atmosphere that provides me with daily chances to improve the outcomes for clients and families. I have open communication with my supervisor and can seek professional support and clinical support easily under new management. There are opportunities to attend conferences in the field, expand my knowledge and grow. This is a fully supported ABA company with good practices and solid management. This is NOT your mom and pop ABA company or your independent company with a newly crowned BCBA in charge. Watch this company as it is on its way up!
