8yThank you for sharing! We do have incredible BCBAs willing to assist the Behavior Techs succeed, thus promoting growth and positive outcomes for our client, families, and team members! As we continue to work through payer contracts that are more likely to provide for early intervention clients, I hope you will see more daytime hours and resulting full-time capacity for Techs!
