Pros

Choose cases you'd like to work on, can drop a case if the family or client isn't doesn't gel well with you and services, schedule can be flexible. Offers company assistance to pursue BCBA education.

Cons

Cases are shared per region with other technicians, and hours are NOT guaranteed. If client cancels, there is no payment. Lack of communication with upper management and it is difficult to get more than two in-home cases, depending on the region.
