      Pros

      The clients and seeing the amount of progress the child has made.

      Cons

      Field technicians are promised 35 hrs weekly, you're lucky to get that. When school is out, you don't work. BCBA is horrible. Takes 2 weeks to get a response regarding client and does not give the tools needed to provide the best care.
