Learn and grow in the field of ABA. Gaining parent and client relationships. Learn to control even your own behaviors. If you have the right BCBA and mid level, you're headed to the stars.

Cons

Few work hours, Late shifts. waiting for clients can be a pain. A LOT of driving. Poor case-management on a per client level. Some BCBA's are amazing, some aren't.
