Pros

Great coworker, very friendly, they will help you when you need it. Also if you feel as though you might need more training they will do it with no issues at all, because they want all of there ABA therapists to be the best.

Cons

There no really a lot of cons about this company there over all just great a con could be the driving if you don't like to travel to your clients

Pros

The comments and replies are helpful and word to the one who said "comments are planted" Stop being a hater! It's called BRANDING! Any reputable company should be replying to negative comments to provide control of the situation. And what feedback site doesn't have more negative comments than positive ones? That is whats wrong with this society. Can't blame them for trying to keep an image of positivity when it takes more effort to do such acts. People just feel its okay to complain because they can be antonymous. Is there a place that you can work with no disgruntled employees or clients that are difficult? If so, I want to work there. The industry we work in as well as being Home Health is one of the most stressful to be in because of all the regulations, families with opinions, and red tape! I have been a health care professional for over 5 years with several companies. What makes a good company is not one individual but the mission of the whole. What is "Butterfly Effects trying to accomplish?" Is what should be brought to light here. Anyone who looks at these reviews and makes a judgement about what it would be like to work here is not being open minded to the reality that people are quick to point out flaws. Can they improve? Yes, but what company cant? I hope the people out there who reply and use Glass door for their decision making take a step back and look at the bigger picture? Are you going to let someone elses opinion dictate how you make your own experiences? Sounds like some people are just bitter!

Cons

Communication can be difficult because we work in the field a lot.
