Pros

I love their training program and I felt prepared for the RBT exam. They offer better benefits than some companies and better pay, too. I genuinely liked many aspects of this company.

Cons

Lack of support with some tough cases, and lack of communication with some BCBAs. This company is also better suited for those who live in Broward since the drive time can be wild.

Good benefits for full time employees. Get to work closely with your BCBA. Free supervision of you are trying to get your experience hours. Advancement and growth opportunities available. Free RBT certification. Flexible schedules.

Cons

BCBAs have a huge caseload of 30+ clients each. Money seems like the main priority. They haven’t been giving us raises in the last 2 years even if we have met our billables consistently. Inconsistencies in policies and communication.
