Led by a very seasoned team member with over eight years of experience with Butterfly Effects, our goal is to assist the 75% of our Techs working toward their BCBA to successfully achieve their goal and continue working as a team member as a supervisor!

Thank you for the positive review. I hope that the training contributing to the start up time has been helpful. We have worked with our new Talent Acquisition team to streamline the hiring and selection process. The Registered Behavior Technician training and competency testing does take time to effectively meet the BACB standards. Great feeling when you accomplish the goal!
