Hello, Thank you for the review. To my knowledge Butterfly Effects is a reliable payer that is not late distributing paychecks. We pay over 2,000 employees bi-weekly without a reported concern. It does bother me if BCBAs and RDs are not effective communicators. ABA Techs have a very important job and need support from clinical leadership staff. Hello, Butterfly Effects does not have a West Palm Beach BCBA staff with the years of experience mentioned in this post. Our BCBA caseload requirements are within the CASP guidelines for a focused based caseload. Our required billable hours are within the low average range compared to other ABA providers. Butterfly Effects also has several layers of experienced clinical management to ensure BCBAs are properly supported.
