Pros

Great support from the regional and corporate teams. All senior staff are BCBAs and really care for BCBAs and clients. Monthly CEU opportunities. Since you are working in-home, you really get to establish meaningful relationships with families.

Cons

A disadvantage of all in-home positions regardless of the company: High rates of turnover (BCBAs and RBTs). A lot of driving. Lots of evening clients, limited morning. Hard to keep work-life balance.
