One of the better ABA companies

Pros

- pretty high pay rate for RBT work ($26-28/hr) - that's depending if you have a degree in the related field + experience with kids - fulfilling work - staff really do try to make you feel at home

Cons

revolving door industry, its not very stable since clients and insurance issues come up frequently - very hard to keep consistent work - driving from client to client can be a lot on the gas
