Hello, you should always be able to take a lunch break. Please contact the center manager and ask for a lunch break. We are happy to accommodate. Most staff want to skip lunch, which is why it's mandated. But you have the choose to take that break. Steve Woolf, President

Pros

It was great to have during school, I loved my kids and their parents, I got lucky to have really good cases.

Cons

pays weak for industry standard, they can never give you full time hours which means their benefits won't really be benefits
