Pros

Great communication with supervisors and mentors, very easy to collaborate on programs. Supervisors of all levels have an amazing want to listen and consider non-leadership employees experiences and ideas. Nothing but positive things to say about the Northern California leadership!

Cons

There is a culture of staff purchasing activities and rewards for clients, I recommend building a stock of supplies that most children will like and ask families or caregivers to purchase extras to be kept at childs house. Supervision is almost entirely over zoom and not always productive when in person. That being said, supervisors are very quick to respond to emails, texts or calls giving during or after hours.

Hello, Thank you for the positive review. I pleased to hear how responsive the BCBAs are to your needs. We only use BCBA telehealth in limited manner. Most of the tech supervision is face to face in the families' home. Also, techs should never pay for toys or child reinforcers, we reimburse these expense. Dr. Steve Woolf, President
