Everyone has an opportunity to share their opinions and show up each day as their authentic self. Leadership team is very approachable and fosters a very positive and collaborative culture.

Cons

None such a great place to work.

Pros

most people are easy to work with and respectful of your time. Occasionally we get off of work early the day before a long weekend/holiday.

Cons

Company policy says no meetings after noon on Friday but that is rarely respected. This is a very demanding job and they did not replace the people who left or got fired so it puts a lot of pressure on the employees who have been loyal and stayed which is unfair.

Culture - They care and value you as a person not a number, work life balance is number 1, Stong focus on business banking/lending and offering the best products in the market.

Cons

No free personal checking requires min balance, we do offer free business checking, a definite plus.
