      Pros

      I'm a new-ish employee, and I couldn't be happier with my Byline experience to date. I love the flexibility of WFH and being able to management my schedule to fit my life instead of the other way around. Byline is a leader in the WFH arena, and they seem to have integrated it very well into the bank. I feel a great sense of being connected and appreciated despite being in another state.

      Cons

      Pay in my area is not competitive with other banks I've worked for but for me the tradeoff of working with a slightly smaller bank is well worth it.

      Pros

      The Bank really cares about employee input. Its a group of people looking for others' experience and insight not thinking they know it all already. The organization cares about it's employees and does not see everyone as replaceable. Being a local organization you know who's there to help for you and your clients There is no department outside of the area, state, or Bank assignment to "fill in". Knowing the people your looking for answers from makes a huge difference

      Might not have the technology of all of the VERY biggest Banks.

      Positive culture and remote/hybrid environment

      Pros

      Many positions are fully remote or hybrid (1 day/week, 1 day month) etc. People really get a long and like each other. You don't experience politics like other organizations. Things get done much faster as a result. Open-minded leadership - if you have an idea that makes sense, leadership is open. You're encouraged to play to your strengths. A fast-paced, growing company. Strong desire to promote from within

      I cannot find anything worth citing as a con.
