Fun working environment you get to expand your knowledge and there is room to grow

Cons

Pay should be better for those who have been working here for 3 years or more and should be recognized for their hard work. Also we keep being told to leave our review here but most websites are blocked! I just got an email about it and the link doesn't work because it's blocked.

My experience at Byline has been amazing. The environment is friendly, engaging, and positive. The HR Team is top notch. They are very supportive and collaborative in setting and reaching goals. The employees are well respected and prioritized. Management challenges you to improve your skills by creating SMART goals and providing opportunities to take on different responsibilities outside of your daily task. Payroll can be challenging and fast-paced but it is always rewarding. I am proud to be an employee of Byline Bank.

Lacks racial diversity - would love to see more minorities company wide and in leadership
