Great Total Rewards package that is competitive with the marketplace. Byline does a nice job at keeping employees informed of the strategic plan and where we stand on the roadmap to achieving goals.

Cons

Worklife Balance could sometimes be a challenge. However, hard work is rewarded.

Management is very engaged in career development. The work environment is very inclusive and supportive especially within the Risk and Compliance business unit. The ability to work remote and support is extraordinary. in Overall I am very happy with my position and the bank including benefits and the continued effort to make them better.
