- Competitive salary, especially if you're coming from a competitor company - Fast growing company, lots of opportunities to move around different roles within or outside your base country

Cons

- For some countries, if you don't speak Mandarin it'll be harder to go up the ladder or collaborate with regional teams - No yearly increase in compensation - Lots of politicking needed to get what you want, fast
