Pros
I don't know how's the other teams, but my team seems good in my one-year experience so far. The team leader is located at China but the team culture has no difference from most silicon valley tech companies. Mentor is supportive, so it's good for entry-level engineers to grow.
Cons
Sometimes need to sync with colleagues at China, and the time zone difference is tough. The workload continuously increase since joining the company and expect to continue to expand the scope; stopping growing generally means lower performance rating.
