Friendly people Can work from home Acquired technological skills are marketable The CEO believes that words alone can motivate workers

Cons

Low pay No career advancement, no employee development Stock options are awarded once when joined, none or very little afterward Employees are clueless about the company's financial status No straight communication from senior management regarding layoff, firing of/leaving of VP-level management Low revenue, having trouble with getting big account Not much to be excited about at work No vibe, no small company energy Benefits are not competitive compared to other companies

Pros

Mobile space is seeing explosive data growth, and BM has some interesting technology solutions that has great potential. THere is also scope to come up with more innovative products in this space. - there are a few smart people at BM. - flexible work environment.

Cons

There is no energy at BM, it already feels like a large lethargic company. Poorly managed all the way from top to bottom No sense of urgency - for from a management perspective. Inexperienced management. Cronyism and nepotism in upper and lower management. QA department was completely mismanaged for many years and upper management was oblivious Relatives of the founders get promotions, even when they are completely unqualified.

Pros

Possibility to work from home which allows flexibility in arranging workload and to a certain extent work time

Cons

Executive Team is a disaster, there is no strategy, decissions are tactical and short term based. Very poor and opaque internal communication. No career path, no growth opportunities. Nepotism is common place. Severe cash flow problems. No customer focus. No care for employees.
