Listen, agency life isn't for everyone and that's OK but if you're looking to grow, have a voice, work in a team environment while being given a ton of autonomy, you will succeed here. If you cannot motivate yourself as well as hold yourself to a standard, it's not the place for you.
Cons
This is a fast paced, ever-changing envoronment and sometimes that's a lot. We've grown, we continue to grow and we won't stop growing, that can mean experiencing growing pains in processes or systems.
