Pros

Great company atmosphere. Sales training is second to none. The sales trainers are some of the best I have ever worked with and the performance coach we have on staff is amazing. If you are coachable you will succeed at C-4 Analytics. It's high pressure, but as stated in the title of this post, you are compensated accordingly,

Cons

Only con I can think of is the entire sales team needs to get together at least once a year.

Great coworkers, fun work environment when you are part of the in-crowd. Pay is decent.

Cons

They are sneaky. They lead you to believe you're doing great at your job, and then secretly post your job behind your back, interview and hire a new person, and then replace you. Completely out of the blue. They are off boarding employees constantly.
