Really believed in what they offered dealers. COO Jeff was very enthusiastic and upbeat Diverse workforce - right experience for the job as well.

Micro management environment for sales - there should be more balance Too much “training” not enough time to do the job

They used a solid tech stack and the position was remote.

Cons

Toxic culture. Always felt like you were going to be the next one to be fired if you didn’t reach their inflated kpi’s. Extremely high turnover.
