Pros

The overall leadership of the company is excellent. They allow their leaders to grow, flourish and make decisions to help make sure the company reach their overall goals. The company has a solid pay structure, good benefits and plenty of room to grow. They also have clear job descriptions that lay out for employees what is needed to move up within the organization.

Cons

Like any company there is room for improvement in a couple of areas, but they're always working to fix those issues and make C-4 a better place to work.

Pros

There are some good employees here and lasting friendships. Okay first job everyone else stay away.

Cons

First off they fake reviews everytime a new bad one is written. This is an unprofessional work place which leads to high paranoia in the office place. You will be blamed for making a mistake or losing accounts. Management does not actually know the work that's being produced or anything about it especially time frames. They are not perfectionists they want to retain clients and that's it. Turnover here is between 50%-75% a year. How do things work? Well if a new idea works there and new ideas are rare, every client will soon achieve the same idea. No one has a unique solution. They are way behind the technology and only finding auto dealerships who are even further behind the technology to provide a service to. They throw all of the creative they can out for free, not valuing any of it. They over charge for PPC and don't care about working toward better quality score to save their clients money, they just want money coming to them. They overcharge on PPC to make as much money as possible. Career paths are slim for everyone all there jobs are highly generalized. They offer underpaid money lower than market value. The goals system is just a loose term to tell the employees to find more things to do and if you complete them you will only get more work. Extra work is not appreciated here. Working over 40 hours a week is expected or you are considered lazy. If an account is lost you will be blamed as the sole reason instead of the fact they don't care about providing better services or better quality product. If you got to management with an idea they are too stubborn to use it instead, they will change the idea and call it there own. This place is a stepping stone.

Pros

The best part about this company is making good friendships, fortunately you will do that almost anywhere you go. Only good as a stepping stone for people out of college

Cons

First off you will be underpaid no matter who you are. Management does not see you as an asset rather something they can take advantage of. They will promise you the world and set "goals" however it does not matter how many you complete you will not be rewarded for them, you will merely be asked to complete more "goals". You might ask for a raise or review and give valid reasons why you deserve one. They will cancel your review they schedule no matter who you are to show "dominance". In actuality, it shows they don't care about you (why even schedule it when you know it will be moved as well as be informed it's going to be moved. It merely shows a lack of respect) . You will be beaten down and asked to do more and more and more. If you create something for the company you will be lucky to see a bonus if you fight for it and even then you will be lucky to get a few hundred dollars. The owners like to brag about driving $110,000 cars to work while you're barely struggling to live on your own for the first time. They treat there employees as expendable at all costs. The entire company is full of people trying to step on each other to get ahead unfortunately. No one cares at all about your actual experience, rather if you can assert yourself. Management also will never directly ask you about your issues, instead they start the gossip and ask other employees about you. The gossip is created by the two owners who seem like they know nothing about the industry (or atleast act like it). If management does talk to you they can often be very rude and make "jokes" that are absolutely insulting and claim they are kidding. The industry standards... Well they have no standards they rely on there employees to create them as always claim "we are unaware" when there is an issue. The same problems arise time and time again because everyone is powerless to fix them and management refuses to put money into the output of the work and focus on quantity over quality. Also they love to over promise and under deliver which is the biggest recipe for failure in marketing. If you work here you better prepare for "save the client" meetings on almost a daily basis and if you make a small mistake you better not forget about it because management won't. Don't expect any training or guidance unless you are lucky Management has no loyalty to there employees and will blame you if a client is lost. They ask you to post reviews management doesn't want to fix problems they want to mask them with fake reviews instead. Like I said a stepping stone a a first job out of college and that's it. Don't stay too long.
