Pros

I have worked here less than a year. This company is not for the lazy, faint of heart or unmotivated. You will work hard, make game-time decisions by yourself and get real results. You will get real life experience. No one is going to do your work for you, and you are expected to pull your weight. It's not kidding when it says it's a "fast-paced, growing company." That means you sometimes roll with the punches and learn. There are many young, fun, motivated individuals that work for C-4 which makes it a fun environment to work in.

Cons

You will work more than 40 hours a week. Welcome to marketing. But if you keep focused and get work done every day, it shouldn't get to be unmanageable. Sometimes you are expected to stay late, even after your work is done for the day, but not by management.

As a fast growing company, the work is challenging and the pace is swift. If you want to really hone your digital marketing skills and learn from proven experts in the field, then this is the place for you.

Cons

I've read the other reviews. I am not an owner. Before I joined the company, I worked for the competition. Our clients our loyal. Our leaders are industry experts. Our team works hard - and the results show it. The company isn't for everyone - most people say they want to work for a fast-paced startup without really knowing what that entails. It isn't easy. But it rewards teamwork, builds knowledge, and is exactly the right place for smart, motivated people who bring results for the clients.

Pros

There is a young workforce and they try to put on social activities for us which is nice.

Cons

Not a transparent company, they say you will do one thing and then put a million other tasks on your plate. The workload forces you to work extended work hours (9am-8pm) without proper compensation. They try to over promise and over deliver to clients when there are not enough employees with proper training to complete the work.
