Pros

You are valued as a person working at C.A. Rasmussen. Hard work is rewarded and the environment is excellent. There are some really great people here.

Cons

It requires hard work. I guess that is a con for some.

Pros

The company size is such that you can get great exposure to upper management and have the opportunity to share valuable contributions.

Cons

I personally don't see it as a con but I believe they had been working in the office during the majority of the pandemic (with safety protocols in place). I have mixed feelings about the working from home concept and feel like I am most productive when I am in the office.
