      A great place to learn.

      Pros

      Working at CA Rasmussen has enabled me to learn from different people within the organization. CA Rasmussen’s upper management is open and always willing to help project engineers and interns. I have never been shot down when asking for help. Working with the company has allowed me to learn and grown within the construction industry. CA Rasmussen employees some great superintendents, foreman, and workforce who are willing to go the extra mile. Working here allows you to work on different facets of the industry and you are not confined to just one subject.

      Cons

      Project locations can be spread out and the workload can build up but seeing that it’s construction it is pretty standard.

      Pros

      Ok pay benefits a few nice employees. Free water and good parking they try but need to do some cleanup

      Cons

      Long overdue review. Worked in accounting and was horrible! No existent manager. Always busy. No training work soo piled up from all the people who quit! Run away. Worst job I ever had! Dont buy the new fake reviews. Lol soooooo obvious

      Great Company, Great Operations Staff

      Pros

      The company has great benefits, including higher 401k match, full employee and family health, dental and vision coverage paid for by the company. Operations staff has good over sight with out micromanaging. They are available to give direction and answer questions with out wondering why my lunch was 63 min long. They have bonding events, bigger than a pizza party, and management and owners actually show up to them, and participate.

      Cons

      Lower pay scale, mostly due to other leniencies, and tendency to hire those with less work experience.
