      I love the work ethics and the culture in this company. I am Asian and I was fortunate enough to get an opportunity to work with them even before I finished my graduate degree as a full time account manager. Its been a great ride.. I learnt a lot.. made a lot of good friends.. There seems to be a party every other week..!! The company is doing a great job keeping their employees happy. oh.. but I work for the international team though.. so, I am not sure if its the same with the domestic trans group.!! Great place to start your career..!! Thumbs up to anyone who is looking to start a career in CHR..!!

      Cons

      ONLY one thing.. POOR PAY..!! Like very very POOR PAY..!! They don't really value a graduate degree.. as you really don't need one to do what needs to be done at work and so.. they do not improve the pay even when you have a grad degree..!!

      Tough but fair, Excellent culture. Great place to learn business fundementals and to advance within an orginization.

      Stress of the deal to cover loads.
