Great benefits Generous PTO policy Great training if you have time to take advantage of it

Cons

Low pay for industry High pressure No raises for 2024 Rising KPIs to get a 25 cents/hr raise Understaffed and work load is too much for a very deadline driven position. There are a lot of things that can go wrong that are outside of the a customs entry writer position that the employee gets blamed for.

Well-paying for remote work & good benefits. Leadership was great & would go to bat for you. They take work-life balance seriously.
