      Work life balance and flexibility Core values demonstrated by most of the leadership Lots of autonomy as the company acquires new and diverse customers Lots of social interaction and events Focus on feedback and recognition Fast growing business with exciting challenges Clear vision and strategy for both branding and company

      The pace of change is hitting everyone and some are struggling. The detractors can make it difficult to get work done.
