Inconsistent when it comes to spending money on employees for training. It’s like, if it’s not their idea, they don’t want to spend the money. They also want the employees to spend their own money and apply later to get paid back.
Some people have to work weekends and nights regularly.
Management, while approachable, asks for input but usually ignores it when it does not fit their expectations.
Significant nepotism among the upper level managers when it comes to hiring, but they are not as inclined to hire family members of lower level managers.
There are currently only two contracts with one client, which is a bad indicator of our job security.
