Thank you for taking the time to write your review of C-HIT, and thank you also for your service with C-HIT. Your feedback is very important to us. We are excited that you agree, C-HIT is a “Great place to work.” As you know, C-HIT is a small business, and while we have historically had success transferring individuals from one contract/project who have the skills and experience that match the needs of another project. Unfortunately, we do not always have open positions at any given point on other projects that can accommodate a transfer-in – which is a problem experience by most other Federal Government contractors. The development of our employees, and their career at C-HIT, is a primary concern and interest for C-HIT, which is why C-HIT provides a rich and comprehensive training and capability building program for all employees. Our capability building program includes free full subscription to CyberU online courses (over 1,500 courses) that employees can take on-demand, plus a budget of $1,500 per year to attend training or professional certification or conference, and participation in research and development and on-the-job learning. If you’d like to follow up regarding any feedback to C-HIT, please feel free to reach out to C-HIT’s HR department at any time. We’ll look forward to hearing from you.
